South Side Bee Branch Immunization Report

For the 2023-2024 school year the district is required to report the following informaiton:

• 22 students have immunication exemptions from the Department of Health for the currrent school year.
• 3 students have failed to proivde proof of immunizations for the current school year and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health

For the 2022-2023 school year the district is required to report the following information:

• 3% of the students have immunization exemptions from the Department of the Health for the current school year.
• 5% of the students have failed to provide proof of immunizations for the current school year and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health

For the 2021-2022 school year the district is required to report the following information:

• 3% of the students have immunization exemptions from the Department of the Health for the current school year
• 5% of the students have failed to provide proof of immunizations for the current school year and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health
