SOUTHSIDE BEE BRANCH SCHOOL BOARD

Meeting: September 20, 2010

Members present: Mr. Gammon Clark, Mrs. Sancy Faulk, Mrs. Becky Sullivan, and Dr. Alvin Williams

Mrs. Becky Sullivan called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Dr. Alvin Williams made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gammon Clark to approve the August board minutes. Motion carried 4-0.

A parent addressed the Board concerning the bell schedule.

Mrs. Sancy Faulk made a motion, seconded by Dr. Alvin Williams, to approve Mikayla Emrick, Jerry Nitz, Desiree Nitz, and Michele Nitz to transfer into the district. Motion carried 4-0.

Mrs. Becky Sullivan made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Sancy Faulk, to approve the 2009-2010 AFR (annual financial report) and 2010-2011 budget and 2010-2011special education budget. Motion carried 4-0.

Dr. Alvin Williams made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gammon Clark, to approve the 2010-2011 ASCIP Plan. Motion carried 4-0.

Mr. Gammon Clark made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Becky Sullivan, to approve the Resolution from Bobo Law Firm (see attached). Motion carried 4-0.

Mrs. Sancy Faulk made a motion, seconded by Dr. Alvin Williams, to approve the 2009-2010 retired assets (See Attached). Motion carried 4-0.

Dr. Alvin Williams made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gammon Clark to adjourn at 8:22pm. Motion carried 4-0.
