SOUTHSIDE BEE BRANCH SCHOOL BOARD

Special Meeting: October 13, 2009

Members present: Mr. Gammon Clark, Mrs. Becky Sullivan, and Dr. Alvin Williams

Dr. Alvin Williams called the meeting to order at 9:05pm.

Dr. Alvin Williams made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Becky Sullivan to approve Lacy Heating & Air for the HVAC systems in the high school. Motion carried 3-0.

Mr. Gammon Clark made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Becky Sullivan to approve a new travel reimbursement form. Motion carried 3-0.

Dr. Alvin Williams made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gammon Clark to adjourn at 9:12pm. Motion carried 3-0.
